Scott Yamamura is a fresh perspective to the world of personal finance… a field ripe for his unconventional answers.
He has worked in the field of Communication and Design for over 25 years, and currently manages the Video Communications of a Fortune 15 company. After years of research within the field of finance, Scott became a certified financial coach to help decipher the world of money from its many intimidating and overwhelming messages. Scott uses his expertise in creative, effective communication to cut through all the noise and taking a single, simple, audience-first approach with his path to understanding money.
He turns financial thinking on its head, looking in reverse at the commonly discussed topics of investing and multiplying money. Call him an impostor to the field of finance, but the most relatable thing for the everyday working person, is someone like them who has discovered a way of rethinking money that works wonders.
“Instant gratification lasts a day, but financial wellness is gratifying everyday.”
Scott explains his simple rule of thumb for how he has reached retirement goals early, completed savings for his son’s college education when his son was 9 years old, and has planted a “financial garden” to grow funds for his family, business, and giving. This all came from the simple understanding of, and motivation generated by the Three Financial Epiphanies taught within this book.
He’s on a mission to help you pick up your paycheck and take confident action… to adopt powerful behaviors with money for your financial future, so you can look out for yourself, take care of your family and enjoy financial freedom and purpose. We look forward to connecting with you to spread this message.
